Preventative and Geriatric

Preventative medicine is the most important aspect of care in our companion animals.  Regularly scheduled annual examinations can prevent or diagnose many diseases early.  We recommend semiannual exams for dogs and cats beginning at age 8.  As animals age faster than humans, age 8 is actually “middle aged” for animals.  This semiannual routine provides the animal annual vaccines required, exam, baseline yearly bloodwork, BP, and urinalysis.
