Chris Scotti, VDM

Dr. Scotti is a 1995 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine. He graduated summa cum laude and is a member of the Phi Beta Veterinary Honor Society. He met his wife, Dr. Michelle Scotti, in veterinary school and together they moved to Richmond to begin their veterinary careers.

He joined Springfield Veterinary Center in 2002 and became a partner, joining Steve and Terri Escobar, who established the Veterinary Center.

Currently Dr. Scotti has a special interest in feline medicine, geriatric medicine, and in building lasting relationships with his clients and patients.

In addition to two (almost grown) children, the Scotti family includes Stella, a mixed breed miniature pincher, a black cat named Fry, and a 15 year old hermit crab named Big Baby Bom Bom.

When he is not at the clinic, Dr. Scotti enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
