"If I could rate this practice 100 stars, I truly would because they are so deserving of it. I have had to bring my sweet Po in for some issues twice now and every time, the staff at Springfield has treated him with such good care as if he was their own. The front desk staff is always so kind and always willing to help and answer questions that I may have. Po has been to other vets in the past but by far, Dr. Kilgore has been the best one and he's the only vet I will ever take my pets to. Dr. Kilgore goes above and beyond with patient care and is so knowledgeable. I couldn't say enough good things about him. After appointments, he always goes into detail about what happened during the appointment and how to care for Po at home. He also makes sure that all my questions are answered before I leave the office and even follows up to see how Po is doing the next day. Over all, the staff at Springfield are angels and they really deserve everything good as they treat our animals in the same way! Dr. Kilgore and his team are the only people I trust with my cat and I never worry when having to drop Po off for a procedure. I am so proud to call Springfield Po's primary vet!!"
